Burnout. It’s a word that many of us have become all too familiar with in today’s fast-paced world. For me, burnout became a reality after years of pushing myself too hard, ignoring the signs my body was sending, and living in a constant state of stress.

But through my journey of recovery, I’ve discovered powerful practices that have not only helped me heal but have transformed my life in ways I never thought possible. Breathwork, Tao Tantra, Sacred Touch, aromatherapy, and somatic work have all played crucial roles in my path to wellness.
