Warrior Goddess offers digital courses and resources, virtual events, group experiences and private services. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, all sales are final.

Digital Products and Self-Paced Courses

Digital downloads, recordings, self-paced courses and other immediately accessible digital content are non-refundable once access is provided. For access or delivery problems, email hello@warriorsgoddess.com and we will make reasonable efforts to restore purchased access.

Virtual Events, Circles and Live Group Experiences

Registrations for virtual events, workshops, circles, intensives and live group experiences are non-refundable. Any replay, transfer or alternate access is limited to what the offer description includes.

If Warrior Goddess changes or cancels an offering, we will communicate the available remedy, which may include a new date, alternate access, credit or refund where required by applicable law.

Private Integrative Breathwork Sessions

Private-session purchases are non-refundable. A customer may reschedule once by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Use the cancellation or rescheduling link in the appointment email, or contact hello@warriorsgoddess.com, at least 24 hours before the scheduled start.
• The replacement appointment is subject to booking-calendar availability.
• Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not guaranteed.
• Late cancellations and missed appointments are considered used and the payment is forfeited.
• Canceling through BookingPress does not automatically create or authorize a refund.

If Warrior Goddess must cancel, you may reschedule without using your one permitted customer reschedule.

Duplicate Charges and Delivery Errors

If you believe you were charged more than once, purchased the wrong item because of a website error, or did not receive the access described at checkout, contact us promptly with your order number and purchase email. We will review verified billing or delivery errors.

Promotional Purchases

Coupons and promotional prices apply only under their stated conditions and cannot be applied retroactively. Promotional purchases remain subject to this policy unless the offer states otherwise.
