Digital Products, Courses & Services 

Due to the nature of our offerings—such as online courses, digital downloads, virtual sessions, and event access (retreats, workshops, etc.)—all sales are final and non-refundable.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on:

Digital products or recordings

Online courses or memberships

Retreats, workshops, or event tickets

Private or group coaching sessions

However, if you experience any issues with access, delivery, or scheduling, please reach out—we’re here to help make it right.

Physical Products (Oils + Clean Beauty) 

We handcraft our limited physical offerings in small, sacred batches in Ottawa, Canada. We currently ship only within Canada and the U.S.

We accept returns on physical products if:

The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect

You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

The product is unopened and unused

If approved, we’ll offer:

A replacement

A store credit

Or a refund (minus shipping)

We cannot accept returns on:

Used or opened products

Sale or promotional items

Products purchased more than 30 days ago.

International Orders 

At this time, all international orders are final sale. If your international order arrives damaged or incorrect, you may still be eligible for a replacement. Please email us and we’ll guide you through next steps. 

Final Notes 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria. All refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 1–2 weeks to appear.
